The series of construction profiles with IRIS GLASS mesh for special purposes
Our original and innovative product is the specialized line of corners and aluminium and PVC profiles strengthened by a special mesh known as IRIS GLASS. This solution is dedicated to demanding internal and external building insulation systems.
Since our market debut in 2015, this product has been developing and modernizing by our experts.
It is necessary to mention our three main products.
* The knurled aluminium corner with IRIS GLASS mesh – strengthens the corners of walls of buildings in the buffer zone with the plasters outside the buildings.
* Our PVC corners with IRIS GLASS mesh – strengthen the corners of demanding insulating systems of styrofoam or mineral wool.
* The PVC eaves profiles with IRIS GLASS mesh – are used for finishing the systems of drywall in order to restrict the water leakage under external plasters (e.g. the upper part of windows or the top of the door).

Among the segment of PVC profiles and corners, we offer the following: straight squares, universal ones and those suitable for machining of arches, which are available in the standard option or for the extra reinforcement with the mesh. Moreover, as the producer of PVC profiles, we deliver the C12 end-profiles with or without the foam – used for protecting and finishing the sharp edges of G/K plates; as well as the eaves profiles, the window strip profile with or without a seal for performing the dilatation between the window frame and plaster; and the rustication moldings.
The Poli Vinyl Chloride (PVC) is a strong and light material, resistant to abrasion, resilient and what is important – it guarantees a low factor of heat conduction, which allows to avoid thermal bridges in the insulation wall layer.

GLOBPLAST is not only the producer of PVC profiles. Having introduced components made of common material, we offer our customers construction profiles and accessories produced on the basis of aluminium and steel.
Our permanent offer of aluminium products includes:
* standard and knurled aluminium corners with or without an extra mesh,
* half-corners,
* aluminium corners for wet plasters,
* plinth profiles.
The main advantage of aluminium alloys is their plasticity and low weight. In combination with high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, aluminium is a perfect metal for making construction profiles.
In the field of steel profiles, we produce:
* flush-mounted strips
* corners for wet plasters, G/K profiles
* standard or reticulated steel galvanized corners
The power of steel is its elasticity and resistance to heavy load, acid and high temperature interactions. Striving for the effective protection, we have introduced to our company offer products with the Magnelis layer (with 3,5% of aluminium and 3% of magnesium) which provides ten times of surface protection than the galvanized steel.
The mesh, foils and membranes – the systems of insulation
Being the manufacturer of PVC profiles, we have extended our range products with elements for insulating systems and the wall insulation. There are three factors that decide about the quality of insulation systems: thermal insulation, durability and elevation attractiveness. In this group of products we focus on quality, which is reflected in size stability of presented mesh and foil elements, the aging resistance, changing weather conditions and mechanical damages.
The insulation is as effective as the finest details, that is why we offer proven solutions which are reflected in saving the costs of heating and the restriction of energy waste. Among these products you will find:
– the flush-mounted grids made of fiberglass,
– different non-permeable underlays for protecting slabs, roofs, walls, tiles and screeds from moisture or intended to insulate the loft, including metallised aluminium non-permeable underlays.
Furthermore, our company offers:
– texture foils for protecting the building foundations and constructions in the vertical insulation
– vapour – permeable membrane protecting the attic insulation against steam
– roof membranes.
